Cancellation and Refund Policy for Tours and Guided Dives

48-hour notice for cancellations is required to receive a 100% refund for dive tours, otherwise no refund is permissible.

If rescheduling a tour within the 48 hours of original tour date, a $50 rescheduling fee will apply.

If tours are cancelled due to inclement weather, customers are eligible for 100% refund.

No rescheduling fees apply due to inclement weather.

Cancellation and Refund Policy for PADI® Courses

full payment is required at time of booking for all courses.

Students who have paid in full are eligible for a 50% refund if course cancelation is necessary for any reason.

If rescheduling a course within the 48 hours of original course date, a $50 rescheduling fee will apply.

No refunds are available for students unable to complete course due to failure of completing skills.

A $200/day fee will apply for students needing additional time outside of the 3 days that are included within the Open Water Diver Course Package.
